Therapy for people who are done pretending everything is fine
You're smart. You're self-aware. You can probably explain your own patterns better than most people could. And yet, here you are, still stuck in the same loops, the same relationships, the same quiet exhaustion. That's not a character flaw. That's just what it looks like when life is a lot, and you haven't had the right space to untangle it.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity, relationships, and the kind of stress that doesn't show up on anyone's radar because you look like you have it together. My clients tend to be people living full, complicated lives who are ready to stop surviving and start changing.
I also work with people whose lives don't fit neatly into a box. People with unconventional relationships, careers, identities, or lifestyles that most therapists would either flinch at or quietly try to fix. If you've ever censored yourself in a therapy session because you weren't sure how your therapist would react, that's not something you should have to do here. Weird is welcome. Taboo is fine. Different is kind of the point.
My approach is direct and warm. I will not nod politely while you spiral. I will also not pretend this stuff isn't hard. Expect real conversation, occasional humor, and a genuine effort to help you understand yourself in ways that actually make a difference. I use evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, IFS, and EFT, tailored to what you actually need rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
I am a private pay practice, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Many clients find that paying out of pocket gives them more privacy, more flexibility in scheduling, and care that isn't dictated by what a plan will or won't cover. I am happy to provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits if you have them.
If you've been waiting for a therapist who will be straight with you, show up fully in the room, and actually gives a damn, I'd love to hear from you.
